摘要
根据美国西屋公司和罗宾康公司的相关专利对单元串联式多电平高压变频器技术的起源进行了分析。同时总结了该技术的国内外发展现状和目前产业化水平。最后,从无速度传感器矢量控制、高耐压功率器件的应用、大容量化、能量回馈功能、多电平PWM技术、冗余设计、高速电机应用等方面对该技术未来的发展趋势进行了展望。
Origination of cell-series multi-level MV drive technology is analyzed basing on the patents of Westinghouse Corp. and Robicon Corp. Status quo of the technology is also summarized. Trends of the technology, such as speed sensorless vector control, application of high voltage power electronics device, extra high power drive, regeneration control, multi-level PWM modulation technology, redundancy design, high speed motor application etc. Are also proposed.
