套色印刷系统中基于DSP的恒张力控制的研究

Study of Constant Tension Control for Color Register Based on DSP

介绍了利用数字信号处理器(DSP)对套色印刷系统中张力进行控制的方法,详细阐述了系统的硬件结构和软件设计,在控制策略上采用增量式PID控制方法。实验表明,利用DSP设计的硬件系统比较成功,通过DSP自带的PWM输出能很方便地实现恒张力控制的目的,恒张力控制的误差范围在1%以内,取得了很好的控制效果。

This paper presents a method of tension control in color register using DSP,illustrates the hardware construction and software configuration, increasing PID control algorithm is applied. The test indicates that the hardware system using DSP is successful, the PWM output of DSP is very convenient to realize the constant tension control,the error margin is controlled in one percent, the control result is very good.
