Auto-leveling System Based on Keilc51

为使衬砌台车平台在工作过程中能够实现实时自动保持水平,设计了一种基于Keilc51的电液自动调平系统。该系统具有原理简单、控制性能稳定可靠和性能价格比高等优点。使用该系统不但能缩短平台的调平时间,也提高了调平精度,并避免了台车倾倒的事故,可广泛地应用于各种调平系统中。

The electric liquid auto-leveling system is designed specially for keeping the platform car of base auto-leveling during working proceeding. The system has the advantages of simple principle, stable and relia- ble control property, high efficiency and low cost. Using the system can shorten the leveling time, raise the leveling precision and can avoid the tip accident of platform car. It can be widely applied to different kinds of leveling system.
