摘要
目的探讨高血压人群氧化应激状况,以期为临床高血压病人抗氧化治疗提供理论研究基础。结果在高血压人群中,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)低于非高血压人群,而MDA含量高于非高血压人群,且差异具有显著性,而作为主要抗氧化因素的SOD和VitE水平差异无显著性。结论高血压病人处于高氧化应激水平,临床应用抗氧化药物治疗高血压可能有一定疗效。
Angiotensin Ⅱ could induce oxidative stress through NAD(P)H oxidases in hypertension. The level of oxidative stress was studied between hypertension population and non - hypertension population in this paper, so as to provide research basic for anti - oxidation therapy to hypertension patient in clinic. The results indicated that total anti - oxidation capability was higher in non - hypertension population than hypertension population, and MDA was lower in non - hypertension population than hypertension population. There was no significant difference between the two groups population. The results implied that it maybe be effective for hypertension patients to anti- oxidation therapy for their high level oxidative stress in vivo.
