摘要
梅山高炉四年多维护炉缸的实践表明,在炉役后期,当炉缸侵蚀严重,热流强度较高时,由于坚持添加钒钛物料,并辅之以与其配套的维护炉缸的相关技术措施,在高炉安全运行的情况下,维持了较高的生产水平,做到不减产或少减产,使高产与长寿在精心维护好炉缸的前提下达到统一。
Based on practice of protecting BF hearth at Shanghai Meishan Metallurgical Co.(SMMC)in recent more than 4 years, author indicated that when thermal flow intensity of hearth is larger and erosion of hearth lining is serious at the last stage of campaign, adding V-Ti bearing materials to hearth and carrying out relative measures are necessary to maintain higher production under safe operation of blast furnace. Due to the careful protecting of BF hearth high production and long campaign have been achieved. Furthermore, the paper discussed the effect of adding V-Ti bearing materials on protection of BF hearth.
