摘要
在实验室条件下研究了铁液中硫与氧的数学回归方程式，ａ＿（［Ｏ］）＝－６９０．３９［Ｓ］＋５２８．３７，设计了新钢种的化学成分，在工业炉中炼成半镇静易切削钢，钢包中氧活度在１５０～２５０ｐｐｍ范围内。
In laboratory,the regression equation of sulphur and oxygen in hot metal was studied as a[o]=-690.39[S]+528. 37.The chemical composition of new grade steel was designed.A freecutting semi-killed steel has been investigated and produced successfully in industrial-scale furnace,and the oxygen activity measured in ladles was at the level of 150～250 ppm.
