摘要
用有限元法分析了棒材连轧时轧件温度的变化规律。随着轧制速度的提高,成品终轧温度明显升高,头尾温差大幅度减小;由于变形热的作用,变形量的分配及轧机的布置对轧件温降也有较大影响。通过对典型工艺下轧件温度所进行的现场实测,表明计算值与实测值吻合。
The temperature variation in continuous bar rolling process is studied by finite element method.It is found that,with the rising of rolling speed, the temperature of finished product is raised greatly,and the temperature difference between head and end of the product is reduced apparently.Because of the latent heat of deformation, the temperature fall of the product is largely influenced by the reduction allocation and arrangement of mill stands,It is true that the results of the FEM coincide quite well with those measured lively during production.
