摘要
对采用自制的真空熔炼、氩气保护连续定向凝固设备制备出的具有连续柱状晶组织的5.0mm的Al-1%Si合金棒材进行热处理。通过对不同热处理条件下得到的组织、硅颗粒的形貌和分布的变化规律的对比研究,提出了进一步优化其性能的热处理工艺。该工艺在保持原有的柱状晶组织的良好塑性和导电性能的前提下,通过改善硅相的形貌、尺寸及分布,进一步提高了合金棒材的冷拔成形性能。
Al-1%Si alloy bars with a diameter of 5 mm and columnar crystals were prepared by oriented freezing process under vacuum or the protection of inert gas. The structures with the grain shapes and grain distribution achieved through different heat treatments were compared with each other. A heat treatment process for achieving optimized properties was proposed
