摘要
以1980~1992年我国钢铁工业生产和能源消耗的统计数据为依据,用吨钢能耗的e-p分析方法剖析了我国钢铁工业能耗状况,指出我国钢铁工业钢比系数高,特别是铁钢比高是限制我国钢铁工业节能深入进行的重要因素。钢铁工业结构优化是降低铁钢比,进而降低吨钢能耗的主要方法和根本途径。本文论述了优化工艺流程结构,调整高炉-转炉流程的原料和生产结构,降低铸铁比以及提高连铸比等所能达到的节能效果。
The energy conservation problem in Chinese steel industry was analyzed by the method of e-p analysis on the basis of statistical data in the period of 1980~1992.It is pointed out that the process/steel ratios, especially the iron/steel ratio are too high. That is the major problem for energy saving in Chinese steel industry, Four principal ways for solving the problem are discussed :①optimization of process structure of steel industry,②improvement of the raw material and product composition of blast furnace-BOF process,③decrease of cast iron ratio,④increase of continuous casting ratio.
