摘要
滑块式万向接轴因其能在倾角较大情况下传递较大的扭矩而被广泛应用。但其延用至今的强度计算方法,或因计算误差大、或因经验公式范围有限而不能满足进一步研究的需要。本文所述方法的计算结果与实验结果基本相符,可供深入研究滑块式万向接轴的优化和应力分布规律时参考。
Because universal joint with sliding blocks is able to transmit bigger torque under inclining condition,it is used widely in heavy machinery field. But, its stress calculation should be improved owing to calculation error and limited range in which the experience formulas are used.A new calculating method is presented in this paper.Its calculating results are coincided basically with some data of experimental research.Hence,it is available for further optimization of stress distribution of this sort universal joint.
