A Fiber Grating Pressure Sensor with High Pressure-resistance

摘要 提出了一种基于圆柱形应变筒的耐高压光纤布拉格光栅压力传感器,推导了该传感器波长与压力之间的关系,得到了其压力响应灵敏度的解析表达式。从实验上获得了0.0676nm/MPa的压力响应灵敏度,约是裸光纤布拉格光栅压力响应灵敏度的23倍,本传感器的压力响应具有很好的线性,压力测量范围可达30MPa以上。可应用于高压情况下物理量的传感测量。 The fiber Bragg grating(FBG) pressure sensor based on thin-wall strain canister is experimentally studied. The relationship between the pressure and the central wavelength of FBG is derived. And the analytic expression is also given. The pressure sensitivity (0.0676nm/MPa) of the sensor is reached from experiment. It is 23 times of that of the bare FBG. The linearity of the sensor is good. And the whole measuring range can reach 30MPa at least. This kind of sensor has potential applications in the sensing measurement at high-pressure.
