摘要
提出一个基于形状函数的带材辊型过程的计算机仿真方法。获得了带材在轧辊之间成形时的最佳变形曲面。分析了应变的分布规律。本文所述方法可用于带材辊型的实际生产过程。
A multi-purpose simulation method for roll-forming processes has been developed by using a shape function.With this method,a optimum three-dimensional curved surface of sheet metal passing through the inter stand has been obtained and strain distributions are analysed.This simulation model can be applied to various actual forming processes.
