摘要
利用孔型离散点坐标确定孔型发生函数,在考虑材料、几何双重非线性的同时,应用三维弹塑性有限元法对三辊减径过程中的工件变形和轧辊孔型进行了分析,建立了能模拟任意孔型轮廓曲线的函数发生器。对详细研究无缝管三辊减径时各种工艺参数(如摩擦条件、孔型形状、坯料尺寸、减径率等)、设备参数提供了依据。为产品设计、孔型CAD/CAM高技术应用奠定基础。
The pass function determined by measuring dispersed point coordinates on the pass profile is studied.3-dimension elastic-plastic large strain FEM is used to simulate the workpiece deformation and work roll pass profile in the processes of 3-roll reducing,The arbitrary pass curve can be predicted by using the developing program.It is very useful for the study of some technological parameters,such as friction,workpiece size,reduction etc.,and equipment.It is pointed out that the integration of product design and pass CAD/CAM is very important.
