摘要
设计了一种碳当量较高的抗热疲劳变质灰铸铁。在熔炼过程中，铁水采用Ｋ－Ｎａ变质剂处理，可获得良好的耐热冲击和耐热疲劳性能。这种铸铁适用于恶劣热循环条件下工作的零构件或工具。
A modified grey cast iron with high carbon equivalent and with thermal fatigue resistant was designed.Using K-Na modification for hot metal during smelting resulted in better thermal impact resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.This kind of grey cast iron is suitable for tool or part working under severe thermal circulation condition.
