摘要
叙述了锻造用室状煤气加热炉的设计特点及其实际应用。即从系统工程的观点出发,在详尽考虑有关诸因素影响的基础上,针对性地提出提高炉温均匀性的有效措施及控温特点。结果表明,该研究达到了炉温均匀性(±10℃)、控温精度(±7℃)的研制指标。这些措施和控温特点,无论在理论上,还是对各类自控煤气加热炉的实际研制与生产,都具有重要的意义。
The designing characters and the application of the gas heating room-form furnace with automatic control used for forging process were proposed.Stating from systematical engineering point of view and thoroughly taking into account of the relative effect factor,the effective measure for increasing the homogeneity of furnace temperature and the characters of temperature control were put forward.The research results of well-distributed temperature within±10℃ and precision of control temperature±7℃have been achieved.Theses measures and characters of temperature control are of very great significance for the theory as well as for the resarch and production of all sorts of the gas heating furnace with automatic control.
