摘要
目的:探讨因宫颈牵拉引起的迷走背核复合体(Dorsalvagalcomplex,DVC)中神经元的变化以及内脏活动变化的神经机制。方法:应用神经电生理学和免疫组织化学方法,同步观察因宫颈牵拉而引起的大鼠DVC中神经元放电频率的变化、神经元被激活以及心率变化。结果:正常状态下,DVC中兴奋性神经元呈现规律性放电频率。同时,以原癌基因c-fos为标志神经元的激活呈现低水平表达。宫颈牵拉状态下,DVC中的抑制性神经元放电发生明显变化,神经元被激活的程度明显增加。结论:宫颈牵拉引起的内脏活动的变化,可能是引起DVC中神经元活动变化实现的。
Objective:To detect the nervous mechanism of the changes of neurons in dorsal vagal complex and visceral activity induced by dragging cervix. Methods.By using the electrophysiological method and immunohiszochemistry method, we observed the changes of spontaneous electro-activity and the neuron activation in dorsal vagal complex, and recorded the changes of heart rates when the cervix was dragged in rats, Results:The spontaneous electro-activity of the exciting neurons was regular and the expression of c-fos was low in dorsal vagal complex. The spontaneous electro-activity of the inhibiting neurons are significant and the expression of c-fos was obvious in dorsal vagal complex under the cervix was dragged in rats, Conclusion :The changes of visceral activity induced by dragging cervix were regulated by the neuron activity in dorsal vagal complex.
