摘要
为了提高钢筋力学性能的均匀性,建立了以钢筋冷却后自回火温度为主要控制参数的数学模型。研制了由过程控制、检测仪表、数据处理及生产管理、水量调节和冷却器装置所组成的自动控制冷却系统。通过试生产,证明该系统能够提高控制冷却钢筋的质量,同时改善了生产工艺、设备、管理方面的技术水平,经济效益显著。
For improving the mechanical properties of reinforced bars a mathematics model with major controlling parameter of selftempering temperature of bars after cooling was established. Moreover,an automatic control cooling system was developed, which consists of a process control system,a meaasuring meter system,a data processing and production management system,a water flowrate regulating system and a set of cooler.The results of the operation test of the system shows that the quality of reinforced bars with controlled cooling and the technological levels of production, equipment and management are improved. On the other hand, the economic benefit is remarkable.
