摘要
针对全桥变换电路分析了共模传导干扰的产生机理。揭示出当桥臂对管按相同规律通断时,由于对角开关管驱动脉冲传输延时不一致使得左右桥臂中点对地产生的共模电流不能抵消这一问题。提出一种通过对驱动脉冲边沿时刻进行预调整的方法来抑制共模干扰。通过实验证实,该方法可以在不增加任何其它硬件手段的前提下有效地衰减共模传导干扰,并对实验结果进行了较详细的分析。
The common-mode (CM) conducted Electro-Magnet Interference (EMI) is analyzed for a full-bridge converter circuit.With bipolar switching,CM currents generated by the two legs in converter should counteract each other. However,due to different transmission delays of the drive pulses,this counteraction does not happen in real case.In order to suppress CM conducted EMI from its origination,this paper presents a method of optimizing drive pulses through preshifting their edges.Experimental results show that this method effectively suppressed CM conducted noise without any additional hardware. The effects of parasitic parameters on the CM noise spectrum are also analyzed.
