摘要
继一二期工程投产后,宝钢三期工程正在加紧建设。到本世纪末,将崛起一座年产1000万t级的现代化钢铁企业。三期的环境工程建设比前两期更加体现90年代环境科学观。在设计思想上将“综合防治”延伸为“全过程控制”,把“末端治理”转移到“节能降耗”和“清洁生产”。从而确保三期在技术装备和污染控制水平上有所提高,达到保持和加强宝钢环保先进的目标。在促进高经济效益的同时,取得比前两期更加优越的环境效益。
The Phase Ⅲ construction of Baosteel Project has been launching fully and intensively since the completion of construction and smooth commission of prodution of Phase Ⅰand Ⅱ. A huge modernized steel enterprise with an annual production of 10 Mt of raw steel will appear by the mouth of the Yangtze River in the end of this century.Compared with the previous phases,the construction of environmental engineering embodies much more the view of 1990's environmental science.In design thinking,the comprehensive prevention and cure has been extended to the total process control and the attention to the end treatment has been transferred to energy conservation,decrease in material consumption and clean production.Hence,on the basis of the previous phases, the level of technology and equipment and the level of pollution conrtol have been improved greatly.It may reach the aim of maintaining and strengthening the image and position of Baosteel as an advanced environment protection enterprise.It is expected that the completion of Phase Ⅲconstruction will certainly promote the economic results.Meanwhile,it will achieve better environmental benefits as well.
