摘要
介绍以工控机为控制核心的乳化液浓度检测与自动配比系统,该系统可实现对乳化液浓度的在线检测和实时监控的有机结合。考虑到配液过程中对超调量的限制以及执行机构的特点,采用了限定范围的PI控制算法,提高了配液效率。
The paper introduces the testing and automatic mixing system of emulsion concentration based on IPC, which realizes the combination of on-line testing and automatic mixing of emulsion. Considering the limit of overdosage in the course of mixing and the characteristic of the actuator, the restricted PI control algorithm is adopted. And the mixing efficiency is greatly improved.
