摘要
研究了微合金化易切削非调质塑料模具钢０．２Ｃ－２Ｍｎ－１Ｃｒ的组织和性能。该钢经Ｖ－Ｔｉ微合金化和加Ｃａ－ＲＥ处理后，在６５ｍｍ方热轧（锻）空冷的钢坯上可获得极好的强度和韧性配合。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of microalloying free cutting non-quenching and tempering die steel 0. 2C-2Mn-1Cr for plastic have been studies. The excellent strength and toughness combination of the steel microalloyed V-Ti and added Ca-RE was obtained in the as-hot-rolled air-cooling condition for 65mm square bars.
