摘要
介绍了一种新型悬臂梁式的厚膜力敏传感器的研制,并基于高性能的MSC1210单片机的数据采集。实验证明,该力敏传感器的非线性、迟滞均不超过0.4%的指标,零点温漂为0.03%(-10℃^+45℃、24 g),灵敏度为2.2 mV/V(24 g)。此外,由于该力敏传感器输出为数字信号,因此它也可以与其他数字设备结合成一个功能更加强大的仪器,使厚膜力敏传感器得到更广泛的应用。
This paper presents a new type of thick film strain-gauged cantilever sensor based on a high-performance MSC1210 mcu. Experiments show that its nonlinearity and hysteresis error are less than 0.4%. Its zero drift is 0.03% (-10℃ to + 45℃, 24g) and sensitivity is 2.2mV/V (24g). Besides the above-said abvantages, it also could send out digital signals, so that it can be assembled with other digital devices to form a kind of more functional equipment, thus making it possible for such a sensor to find wide application.
