摘要 在电弧炉还原期的使用结果表明,开发出的埋弧渣产品,能使炉渣高度增大一倍,平均脱S率为74.9%,并有一定的脱P效果。在钢包炉(LF)上的使用表明,渣厚增大一倍以上;升温速度由1~2℃/min提高到3~4℃/min;平均精炼时间节约了12min;钢包寿命显著提高;节电3.7kWh/t钢;平均脱S率45%。 The results of application in arc furnace reduction period show that, the submerged arc slag product developed can enable the slag height to increase by more than 100%, the average desulphuring efficiency to get 74.9%,and the phosphorus to decrease in steel. And the results of application of the developed slag in ladle furnace refining show that,the slag height increased two times as against former slag.the heating rate of steelfrom l ̄ 2 AC /min to 3--4C/min,the average refining time decreased by 12 minutes,the electric energy consumption decreased by 3. 7 kWh/t and the average desulphuring efficiency was 45%.
