摘要
城市形态的演变是城市交通与土地利用一体化的演变,城市交通与土地利用的互动发展构筑了城市形态。根据北京新总体规划“两轴两带多中心”城市空间布局,探讨轨道交通站点、线路、线网分级的土地开发利用,提出城市轨道交通建设作为城市结构的骨架,与土地利用的一体规划及实施,实现城市结构的空间布局,塑造未来城市形态。
The change of urban morphology is the result of the change of urban transit and land use. The integrative development of urban transit and land use constructs urban morphology. According to ＂two axes, two belts and multiple centers＂ spatial layout of Beijing new master plan, this paper discusses the land use and development of the rail transit. It argues that urban rail transit, the urban main artery, forms the urban spatial morphology together with land use planning.
