摘要
用含Li2CO3分别为0%,1.0%,1.5%和2.0%的阳极糊制成预焙阳极试样,分别在450℃,500℃,550℃,600℃下进行了氧化失重实验,得到了450~600℃范围内所有四种试样在上述各温度下的氧化失重速度及前三种试样的氧化反应表现活化能,其值分别为33.0kJ,10.0kJ和5.6kJ.对这些速度值与各对应温度进行回归处理,得到了各试样在实验温度范围内的氧化失重速度与绝对温度的关系式,形如lnK=a+b/T.
Prebaked anode samples are made from the anode - thickener which contanins Li2CO3 0%,1. 0%, 1. 5% and 2. 0% respectively. The weight lost tests in air oxidation of above anodes samples are done under the temperature of 450℃ , 500℃, 550℃ and 600℃. The weight lost speed of the four kinds of samples and the activation energy of oxidation reaction of the first three samples are calculated (33. 0 kJ, 10. 0 kJ . 5. 6kJ respectirely). The relation between weight lost speed (K) and temperature (T) of the four kinds of samples is given in linearequation LnK=a +b/t.
