血管内皮细胞生长因子与抗肿瘤转移治疗的研究 被引量:3

摘要 血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)是最重要的刺激血管新生的细胞因子。VEGF的生物学效应是通过其特异性的膜受体即VEGF受体介导实现的。本文就VEGF及其受体的基因和蛋白结构、生物学作用、信号转导通路及在抗肿瘤血管新生治疗方面的研究进展作一综述。
