摘要 本文针对目前限制多肽、蛋白类药物微球控释系统临床应用的包封率和释放问题,重点介绍了近年来国内外有关的研究进展,包括影响包封率和释放的详细原因、影响因素,以及在提高包封率和控释方面成功的经验和方法技术。
