摘要
对映异构体用R，S来标记手性碳原子的空间构型．以IUPAC规定的R，S构型表示方法为基础，文章提供了用手螺旋法和由投影式直接判定手性碳原子R，S构型的两种直观、简便方法，并对环状化合物中手性碳原子R，S的标记做了解释说明，同时对次序规则进行了总结与补充．
The stereo configuration of chiral carbon is showed by rectus and sinister in enantiomers.Based on the IUPAC rule, two audio - visual and simple methods to determine R , S configuration of enantiomers are presented,one uses hand -spiral and the other uses projection formula directly. The method to determine chiral carbon configurationin in cyclic compound is explained. Meanwhile sequence rules are summarized and supplemented.
