包钢内配碳球团外滚煤粉焙烧的实验研究

摘要 包钢高F铁精矿含有较高的碱金属,生产的氧化球团还原膨胀严重,还原强度很低。作者从理论上和通过实验研究证明:包钢内配碳球团外滚煤粉焙烧制造高FeO球团,可以解决包钢球团的还原膨胀问题。 High F iron concentrate at Baotou Steelworks contains higher alkali metal.The oxidized pellets produced with it are severe in reduction expansion and low in reduction intensity.By theoretical demonstration and experimental research,this paper confirms that the reduction expansion of the pellets at Baotou Steelworks can be solved with high FeO pellets produced through roasting carbon burden pellets mixed with coal powder on the surface.Strength of the high FeO pellets also satisfies the requirements of the blast furnance.
