Optimization of the biopolishing technology of ramie fabrics

通过单因素和正交实验优化了苎麻织物生物抛光工艺,讨论了生物抛光效果的各种影响因素.结果表明,苎麻织物经生物抛光整理后改善了手感、悬垂性、毛效,减轻了刺痒感,提高了苎麻织物的服用性能及附加值.

The biopolishing technol, of ramie fabrics was optimized by single factor and orthogonal expts., and the various factors affecting the biopolishing effects were discussed. The results showed that, after the biopolishing, the ramie fabrics had improved hand-feel, drapability and capillarity, lowered itchy effect and raised garment performances and added values.
