This paper gives a method to synthesis and its process conditions of 3,3 ′ dichloro 2,4 dinitrodiphenylamine.The melting point of 3,3 ′ dichloro 2,4 dinitrodiphenylamine is 140～141℃.The product appearance is orange yellow.
