试论反补贴加剧形势下我国补贴政策的调整

我国出口贸易所面临的反补贴加剧形势,与现行补贴政策不能适应WTO的要求直接相关。本文根据WTO关于补贴的有关规定,分析了我国现行补贴政策在制定、实施、管理及效果方面存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了调整建议。

The severe situation of countervailing - duty investigations that Chinese export trade is facing now is directly related to the fact that current subsidy policy can＇ t adapt to the requirement of WTO. This paper, on the basis of relevant regulations on subsidy, analyzes the problems of Chinese current subsidy policy on the institution, the implementation, the management and the effect, and puts forward some suggestions on adjustment aiming at these problems .
