摘要
以ZL50装载机后车架为研究对象,在进行整机静态与动态测试基础上,编制了疲劳载荷谱和程序试验谱。并在电液伺服结构疲劳试验机上首次对后车架做了疲劳试验,取得了良好的结果。在研究方法上,提出考虑机器负重应力、载荷谱的频次扩展和用局部应力场模拟原理设计试件等理论。这对工程机械设计研究有参考价值。
This paper takes the rear frame of ZL 50 type wheel loader as a typical example;its fatigue load spectra and programmed test spectra are developed on the basis of static and dynamic measurement and test of the machine.For the first time the fatigue test of rear frame is carried out on a hydroelectric servo structural fatigue test machine.Good results are abtained.Meanwhile,some new opinions are proposed such as the self weighing effect,the frequency extention of load spectra and the local stress field simulation test,etc.The results presented here are of important value to other engineering machinary design.
