对企业文化建设的理性思考——谈民企二次创业的着力点

我国民营企业当前总体上正面临着二次创业问题,民企二次创业的关键和实质就是要加强企业文化建设,克服一次创业的缺点和不足。本文对民企加强文化建设的重要性进行论述,并试图探讨民企文化建设的制约因素和建设总体思路。

Nowadays private enterprises of China are facing the prcblems of secondary carving out on the whole. The key points and essential arc to reinforce the construction of enterprise culture, to overcome the disadvantages and deficiencies of carving out for the first time. This paper analysizes the importance of strengthening cultural construction of private enterprises, and try to study the restricting facts as well as train of thoughts as a whole of cultural construction of private enterprises.
