摘要
在全球化背景下制定中国的商标保护战略日益迫切,商标战略的制定是一个复杂的系统工程,其中3个方面的问题尤其应该重视:一是商标保护战略中的国际化与本土化的结合问题;二是商标保护战略中的法律体系协调问题;三是商标保护战略中的外部环境培育问题。
It is emergent for China to make the strategy of trademark protection, h is a hard project to make the strategy of trademark protection and three problems should be emphasized. The first problem is concerning the coordination of the internationalization and localization. The second problem is concerning the harmonization of different legal system. The third problem is concerning the fostering of the envirinment of trademark protection strategy.
