摘要
本文提出“比较收益”引导进化，价值规律即是比较收益导向规律。论述了比较收益的观控模式，并且联系中国实际，进行了比较收益的观控分析。
This paper describes:'Gains by Comparison”guides the evolution,law of value be the guiding law with GBC.And it discusses the viewing controlling model for GBC,and presents a viewing controlling analysis with the practice in China.
