摘要
本文通过对水轮机导水机构抗磨板传统结构磨损情况的观察分析,提出了一种新结构的抗磨板。通过合理用材,延长抗磨板的使用寿命,缩短抗磨板修复更换的停机时间等,保证机组运行中抗磨板系统始终处于完好状态。
In this paper, a new structure of the facing plate for the distributor of the hydraulic turbine is advanced by analyzing the abrasion of the traditional facing plate. With appropriate material and structure, its operating life will be increased greatly, and the maintenance time of the turbine for repair and replacing the facing plate will be shortened. The facing plate will be in good condition during the whole operation time of the unit.
