摘要 初步研究了多种吸附剂对啤酒中嘌呤类物质的吸附能力。结果表明,100目粒度的粉末活性炭和人造沸石对啤酒中的嘌呤类物质的吸附能力很强,嘌呤类物质的含量较对照分别下降了85%和65%。吸附剂对啤酒质量影响很小,且工艺简单,投入成本低。 The ability of different adsorbents to absorb purine compounds in beer was studied. The results showed that activated charcoal and zeolite worked much better than others, and the content of purine compounds was fallen to 85% and 65% respectively than control. Activated charcoal and zeolite had little side effects on beer, as well as simple technique and low cost.
