摘要
充油电气设备油中溶解气体,根据色谱分析,可以判断设备内部缺陷和故障。介绍了电气设备油中气体色谱分析系统开发中几个主要模块的设计思想和实现方法。该系统通过对从气相色谱仪采集到的色谱信号,自动进行识别、分析、计算,进而诊断设备的运行状态,指出可能存在的安全隐患;同时系统也集成了较强的数据库管理功能,以适应对大量设备长期监测的需要。
By chromatographic analysis, the dissolved gases in oil - filled electrical equipments can estimate the possible bugs and fault interior. This paper has introduced some ideas and methods of developing a chromatogram analysis system for gases in oil- filled electrical equipments. This system can automatically identify,analyze and calculate the collected data of chromatogram, then diagnose the equipmentts work condition, and point out possible hidden troubles. It also has powerful functions for data base administration,for used to inspect a great deal of equipments in a long period of time.
