摘要
本试验以园叶蒿(Arlemisia rutifofiia Steph ex Spreng.)、伊犁蒿(A .transiliansis Poljak.)为材料进行扦插繁殖试验,结果表明,蒿子能用营养枝进行扦插繁殖。扦插成活率与蒿子的种类、扦插的土壤温度、湿度有关。在有塑料拱棚的情况下,园叶蒿成活率最高达69.4%,伊犁蒿成活率为60%。
The research on the cutting propagation of Artemisia transilianis Poljiak.and Artemisia rutifolia ex Spreng.was conducted in Urumqi.The results showed that Artemisia can be propagated by cutting.The cutting survival rate was related to the species of Artemisia and the soil temperture and moisture during cutting.Under a polyethlene covering,the highest survival rates of A. rutifolla and A.transiliansis were 69.4%and 60% reskpectively.
