From 3R to 4R —An analysis on the recycling economy model of Tiger Forest & Paper Group

运用循环经济的相关理论来解读和分析湖南泰格林纸集团发展之路,根据分析得出循环经济在企业的运行不仅体现一般的三个原则,而且在某些行业特别是林纸行业是可以通过加强行业纵向联系来体现出第四个原则的——资源创造原则,并对循环经济的发展提出相关建议。

The development of Tiger Forest ＆ Paper Group of Hunan is analyzed with the relevant theories of recycling economy with a conclusion that the operation of recycling economy in enterprises does not only follow the general three principles, but also follows a fourth principle in some industries, in particular in forestry and paper industry, through fortifying the longitudingal connection in the industry - the principle of resources creation. Relevant proposals for the development of recycling economy are also put forward in the paper.
