摘要
介绍了美国Utah大学为混合办公废纸研发的磁性脱墨的主要过程与效果。结果认为采用凝聚剂将碎解浆中的铁磁颜料(氧化铁)与非磁化颜料凝聚后进行磁性脱墨,脱墨效率可达90.8%,从而可以代替浮选脱墨而达到了良好的脱墨效果。
The main processes and efficiency of magnetic deinking for MOW developed at Utah University in USA are introduced in this paper. It shows that the ferromagnetic toners (ferric oxide) in the pulp can be agglomerated with non-magnetic toners by agglomerator 1-octadecanol and used to carry on magnetic deinking and the deinking efficiency can reach 90.8%. Thus the magnetic deinking will be an alternative to flotation and has a good efficiency.
