摘要
本文概述了利用稀氨水溶液溶解雌黄以脱砷、在稀氨水中使雄黄与硫磺转化为雌黄、以及稀氨水溶液中雄黄、雌黄和砷黄铁矿的氧化及铜离子的催化作用方面的理论研究;在工艺方面,提供了低温低压下预氧化含砷难冶金矿石新工艺。该工艺用在处理坪定高砷金矿石或含砷锑汞的丹寨浮选金精矿上,金的浸出率可达到85%。
In this paper,the employment of dilute ammonia solution to dissolve orpiment for dearsenifying,convert realgar and sulphur into orpiment, make realgar and orpiment as well as arsenopyrite oxidized,enable cupricions to function as catalyst etc.are studied theoretically. The technology of preliminary oxidation of As-containing refractory gold ore in the condition of low-temperature and low-pressure is offered here.This technology has been used to treat high As-containing gold ores of Ping-Ding Gold Mine and Don-Zhai's gold flolation concentrate containing As,Sb,Hg.As a result,the rates of gold recovery from the above gold ores all come to 85%.
