摘要
自1908年以来,世界上进行金的电解精炼,大多采用沃耳维尔法。但由于沃耳维尔法的整流装置复杂、投资大,不适于中小矿山及首饰加工业采用。我们提出周期自动换向金电解新工艺,以代替沃耳维尔法,现已获得专利权。并在某矿进行实用,效果较好。本文将对周期自动换向金电解精炼新工艺的原理、装置及特点加以介绍。
The Wohlwill's method has been mostly used in the world to electrolyze gold since the year 1908, however, this method is not suitable to be employed in small or medium scale mines, because it needs a large amount of capital cost and a very complicated rectifier. The new technology of gold electrolysis with the installation of changing direction automatically at regular intervals is presented in this paper instead of Wohlwill's method. This new technology has been put into practice in a gold mine acquiring good result and a patent risht has been given for it. In this paper, the working principles, instullation and characteristics of this new technology are introduced.
