金（Ⅲ）的反相萃取柱色层新体系研究及应用

Study on a new system of reversed phase extraction column chromatography for Au(Ⅲ) and its application

本文报道了金（Ⅱ）的反相萃取柱色层新体系及其应用，以聚四氟乙烯为载体，磷酸三丁酯（ＴＩＰ）为固定相，在１．５ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＣ１介质中定量萃取层析金（Ⅱ）。该方法简便、快速，再现性好，柱再生方法简便。

A new system of reversed phase extraction column chromatography for Au (Ⅲ) was proposed and its application was introduced. By this system,Au (Ⅲ) can be extracted quantitatively in the presence of the media of 1. 5mol/L HCl with polytetrafluoroethylene as a supporter and TBP as solid phase. This is a simple, rapid method convenient for the column to be resenerated.
