摘要 在酸性溶液中,铜(Cu2+)与双硫腙和CTMAB反应,显色液由绿色变黄色,该显色反应灵敏度和选择性较高。本文研究β修正光度法测定环境水和金属材料中痕量铜。在铜量0~15.0μg/25ml范围内,修正吸光度符合比尔定律,灵敏度和准确度均比单波长法高。测定表明,相对标准偏差RSD≤4%,回收率88.9%~107%。铜最低显色浓度0.01μg/ml。 In acidic solution copper-ion (Ⅱ) is found to react with both dithizone and cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) to change this solution from green to yellow. In this paper βcorrection spectrophotometry is studied to determine trace amount of copper in environmental water and in metal material.Experimental results have shown that over the concentration range 0-15.0μg of copper(Ⅱ)per 25 ml of final solution Beer's law is obeyed by β correction absorbance. Both sensitivity and accuracy are increased. RSD is less than 4% and the recovery is between 8.9%-102% for practital samples. The determination limit of copper is only 0.01 mg/L.
