摘要
在pH5.3的HCl-NaAc缓冲溶液中,In(Ⅲ)与8-羟基喹哪啶共存时,于-0.73V(vs.SCE)外产生一灵敏的导数极谱波(P1)。P1波高与In(Ⅲ)浓度在0.005~0.44μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,其回归方程为y=-0.067+250.9x,相关系数r=0.9994。检出限为0.002μg/ml。试验表明,该极谱波属于络合物吸附波。本法已用于测定铅锌矿、电铁粉中微量铟,结果满意。
In the buffer solution hydrochloric acid -sodium acetate(pH5.3),a sensitive adsorptive complex wave (P1) of indium (Ⅲ)-8-hydroxyquinaldine is obtained by simple-sweep polarography. The peak height P1 was directly proportional to the concentration of In(Ⅲ)in the range of 0.005 to 0.44μg/ml.The detection limit of indium is 0.002μg/ml. It was used to determine trace indium in ores and iron powder. The mechanism of electrode reaction was studied in detail.
