高寒草原乏弱绵羊补饲颗粒饲料的效果

EFFECTS OF SUPPLEMENTARY PELLETS ON DAILY LIVEWEIGHT GAINS OF SPRING WEAK SHEEP IN ALPINE RANGELAND

本试验就补饲颗粒饲料对放牧绵羊的增重效果进行了研究。结果表明在甘南高寒草原用碌曲县西仓乡颗粒饲料厂生产的颗粒饲料喂乏弱绵羊,日增重达160克以上。补饲量以0.3公斤/只·天为宜,开始补饲的时间应在绵羊体重下降之前。

The effects of feeding pellets on daily liveweight gains (DLG) of spring weak sheep was studied with 136 sheep (F1) of Border Leicester and Tibetan (BT) at Xicang, Luqu, from April to July, 1990. The experimental sheep were devided into three groups with three supplemental levels at 0.0, 0.3, 0.5 kg pellets per head daily. All the sheep grazed on natural grassland during daily time and supplemented in the evening. Results show that sheep DLG from the two groups fed with pellets were all over 160g per head daily and this was 1.6 times more than that of the control one. It is considered that the amount of supplementing pellets to the spring weak sheep would be 0.3 kg per head daily and the starting date of supplementation should be made before liveweight de clining.
