摘要
新叠氮试剂ATBAS在NaoH-Na<sub>2</sub>B<sub>4</sub>O<sub>7</sub>(pH10.0)的缓冲溶液中,在表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,能与铜、钴、镍离了发生显色反应。QTBAS在此条件下最大吸收峰位于450NM,与铜离子形成紫红色的络合物,其最大吸收波长为585nm,表现摩尔吸光系数εCu=6.94×10<sup>4</sup>;与钴、镍离子形成蓝色络合物,其最大吸收波长均为595nm,其表现摩尔吸光系数εCo=6.33×10<sup>4</sup>和εNi=5.22×10<sup>4</sup>.研究了该显色反应发生的条件及同时测定了两干扰组分的含量,考察了其它常见阴阳干扰离子的影响,反应具有很高的选择性。
A new azide reagent(QTBAS) reacts with Cu(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) in NaOH-Na2B4O7(pH10.0) buffer solution in the presence of CTMAB.The wavelength of reagent maximum absorption is at 450nm and violet-red Cu-complex's maximum absorption is at 585nm with apparent molar absorptivity(ε) of 6.04 x 104.Co(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) form blue complexes with QTBAS.The apparent molar absorptivities(ε) of Co-complex and Ni-complex are 6.33×104 and 5.22×104,respectively.The optimum operating condifions are established and two component of Cu-Co or Cu-Ni are determined by a linear regression method of multiwavelength data. The effect of foreign ions are investigated and the method is high selective.
