军团菌的免疫检测技术研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 军团菌是引起儿童和成人细菌性肺炎的一种重要病原体,快速、准确的确定病原体是控制该疾病的关键。本文就目前检测军团菌的免疫层析法、酶免疫法、放射免疫法、细胞计量术及免疫传感器技术的应用及研究进展作以下简要综述。
